SAN FERNANDO CITY — The La Union Schools Division is an anti-Covid office and its personnel are certified anti-Covid warriors. Along with other government offices who are conscious and aware of their responsibilities to fight the pandemic, it travels the route of safety.

The Schools Division was awarded with a SAFETY SEAL certificate (February 2) in recognition of its full compliance with all the prerequisites and requirements in assuring that all safety and health protocols as well as day-to-day office management are in full accord with the response to fight Covid-19 in the office and throughout its physical structure.

The SAFETY SEAL certification was presented to the Schools Division Superintendent Atty. Donato D. Balderas Jr., ASDS Dr. Vivian Luz S. Pagatpatan,

Dr. Emiliana Boac – Chief SGOD, Dr. German Flora – Chief CID, Dr. Mae Lavern Sibayan – Medical Officer III, Mr. Pablo C. Almoite Jr – Education Program Supervisor by the composite DILG Certification and Inspection Team led by CLGOO Lily Ann O. Colisao (DILG Team Leader), PMAJ Lawrence L. Ganuelas (PNP Team Member), CINSP Ferdinand B. Formacion (BFP Team Member), LGOO II Michael John F. Borja (DILG Team Member), and Mr. Roger Macalino (DILG Team Member).

The effectivity of the safety certificate is valid from February 2, 2022 until August 2, 2022 when protocol compliance shall be reviewed and determined for subsequent renewal of recognition.
