This Godello comes from 20-60 year old vines with south exposure

This has acceptably energy though I wouldn't recommend aging it for more than a few years

Yet it opens in the mouth at you taste it

this 2021 riesling GG is going to take a while to come out of its shell

On the palate, the tart cherry, pomegranate, plum and subtle notes of blackberry are balanced by earthy notes of cocoa, coffee, briar and dusty soil. The acidity is lively yet smooth leading to a very pleasant cherry cola finish with hints of earthiness.
