Hand harvested Verdicchio, softly pressed, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts. Aged 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel, no sulfur added until bottling. The wine is textured and mineral drivencitrus, white flowers, and almond skinexpressing purity and place.
