SAN FERNANDO CITY – The Administrative Division (AD), particularly the Personnel Section, spearheads the conduct of the re-orientation for Department of Education Regional Office I employees on the proper filling-up of important forms, March 11 at the Regional Executive Hall.
“The complete and accurate filling-up of forms like the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and New Worth (SALN) and the Personal Data Sheet (PDS) are important to avoid wastage in the reprinting of these forms when there are errors,” Atty. Rhea Joy L. Carbonell, chief administrative officer, said.
She added, “we also emphasize that aside from error-free submission from the personnel, timely submission is equally important.”
A total of 25 participants, including those who joined online, completed the orientation.
Meanwhile, more than 30 administrative personnel from the different sections of AD, other functional divisions and units in the regional office also joined the upskilling on English correspondence, held on March 18 at the National Educators Academy of the Philippines Region I.
Said activity aims to enhance the skills of personnel in the preparation of written communications like letter, memoranda, advisories, and indorsements.
